Jim, thank you so much for hosting this. I was saying not long ago that using one's reputation to create a space for under-represented people to get their stories out is really the ideal response for a straight white (etc) dude who has come to be well regarded on social justice issues. Then you started this series, which is nice. I can point to it and say, "Yes! This! Like he's doing."

Plus I just found a new author, so that's nice.
