Blogging definitely counts as promotion, albeit "unintentional" promotion. But just watching the numbers, it's pretty clear that every time I blog about the experiment, I get a handful of new sales. Makes me feel all quantum and stuff :-)

I honestly don't know how I'd go about promoting this. More and more, I think of promotion as a longterm, slower-strategy game. With Goldfish Dreams, in some ways, I'd almost have to start all over since it's a different genre and a different kind of book.
